2 organic bell peppers (I used one orange one yellow)6 shredded organic carrots
2 tbsp. organic ghee
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp. organic basil
1 tsp. organic oregano
3 cloves of minced garlic
2/3 cup raw cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
Sauté minced garlic, peppers and carrots in the ghee.
Add herbs, coconut aminos and cheese.
Spoon onto a raw organic nori sheet and wrap.
