Ingredients:

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup raisins 

1/4 cup dates

1/2 cup dehydrated apples

1/2 cup almonds

1/4 cup pecans

1/2 cup coconut flakes

1 tsp. cinnamon 

Directions:

Mix everything together.
