Spring Rolls

Prep time: 20-25 mins


8 sheets of rice paper
spring greens
homemade "hummus"/guacamole
sliced cucumber
organic sweet and sour sauce


Soak rice paper in water for approximately 1minute and once rice paper is flexible and soft, lay it flat on a dish and lay cucumber, hummus/guacamole and leafy greens in the center.  Roll it up and enjoy with sweet and sour sauce!
