Its that time of year! You can still enjoy your favorite holiday treats without having to compromise your health. Enjoy this amazingly delicious, 100% plant based pumpkin spice bread!
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 drops Young Living's orange essential oil
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. clove
1 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup almond milk
2 cups flour (I used Young Living's Einkorn flour)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix wet ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
Pour batter into your loaf pan and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes.
